Welcome back. More warmth and colour over here if you want it.

You know I'm starting to think that some of us love music in the same way. There were times when I thought it was only me. It's the oxygen, the connective tissue, the DNA, the constellation...all that, right? You want to get down with the roots of the tree and then scale all the branches too? You wonder what would happen if you put a little bit more of that spice in the dish where you might not usually find it? Alright, so I guess sometimes I'll share things with you out of the blue like this.

These are a couple of dubs that I made last week. After I finished, I realised they were very much spiritual companions to The Tonic EP so I feel you should have them too. I think of them as reimaginations as opposed to bootleg breaks. I took some things that I connected with, some existing structures, and then retooled them with my own experiences, perspectives and imagination. Sounds like sonic graffiti to me. Sounds like life. That's why I just leave it all in the tracks.

Music for doing whatever you want to. Inspired by real life, Bone by Yrsa Daley-Ward and the amazing community of producers, DJs and music lovers connecting across the globe at a time when true unity has been shown to be more important than just about anything else.
